We wanted to update you on D+H’s response to the security vulnerability known as “Poodle”. Depending on the web browser you use, it could impact your access to D+H systems.
The “Poodle” vulnerability relates to the web encryption standard SSL 3.0., which is found in older web browsers. Current browsers use newer security protocols such as Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 and are not exposed to the “Poodle” vulnerability.
Beginning October 18, 2014, Expert will no longer support versions 6 and 7 of Internet Explorer (IE). We will continue to support versions 8, 9, 10 as well as modern versions of Chrome and Firefox. If you are using IE6 or IE7, you will no longer be able to access Expert after October 18th and will need to upgrade to one of the supported browsers.
